Dear Sir
In year 2021(order dated 05.10.2021; delivery date 15.10.2021) I had bought one 43 inch Mi Tv from flipkart Order ID OD123029639643816000 along with TV I have also bought an attached product Complete TV Protection (3 years) Seller: Jeeves Consumer Services Policy no CPFK151021002908 is valid from Oct 15,2021 to Oct 14,2024, by paying Rs. 1999/-.
On 22nd July 2023 I have ordered Oneplus Tv Order ID OD328689524183385100 where I applied my Buyback Guarantee offer and availed benefit by reducing value of invoice by Rs 13999. The pickup and delivery was scheduled on 23rd July 2023 but on schedule day no one turned up to collect and deliver the products.
On 24th July 2023 my plan was already scheduled to go out of the town for couple of days. So after refering Flipkart’s faq and terms and condition detail mentioned below I cancel the product.
Same day the card is showing the amount refunded but my buyback guarantee is not refelecting in my app or web site.

there is nothing mentioned about cancellation of product will lead to cancellation of buyback guarantee by any chance, except in the case when someone is buying the buyback guarantee policy along with new mobile/tv and cancel the mobile/tv then only it will get cancel.

also silent about cancellation of policy without availing it before expiry period of policy.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful or kindly provide me the detail on what ground my buyback policy got cancelled
