Dear Sir,
This is regarding my order booked with flipkart, dated 21jan2023, with order No OD427114213823279100, Order Value is about Rs 20000/-,
Initial delivery date for product was 7th Feb 2023, After this date flipkart revised dates to 14-feb /17-feb/18-march 2023 and yesterday received new date 1 -April 2023. Since product not delivered as per scheduled time. Requested to flipchart to cancel my order and refund my amount as ordered product is not useful to me, as I have purchased alternative from local market to fulfil my needs.
To resolve this issur I have made more than 20 calls to flipcart, but not received any solution. Reported number of complaints but each gets closed without any solution.
