I book flight dated 24.07.2022 on 22.07.2022 to Mumbai from Goa by travelook but due to their technical issue ticket didnt book but my amount debited from bank now today 20.09.2022 after so many calls and emails they fail to refund my money is there any way to sue this company legally please help
