I am Sagar Masanta, I booked a flight on Yatra from Bangalore to Kolkata on 22nd March. On the same day I have cancelled that booking. In that booking I also buy a cancellation protection service from Yatra. I don’t get any refund still now. My Yatra booking reference no is – 2203023106794. Today is 19th May. I cancelled my booking before the lockdown period. Still they not processed my refund. I mailed them several times they did not give me proper response. When they will give me that refund and what is the benefits of cancellation protection service on Yatra. They simply cheating with customers. I will attach cancellation email within this complaint
