Hi,
I received a call from Tikona legal department asking to pay bill or fight against tikona in court.. they forced me to pay 4245.. for a bill of 1595.. they also promised they ll refund 2000 rs on collection of modem.. but then it was their strategy to recover money.. they charged a bill for no internet being used.. and after payment I have sent many emails for disconnection and scheduling a visit to collect modem but there is no response from the internet service
