Sir,
On 25 june 2020 Callertunes were activated in my prepaid Vodafone mobile number.I haven’t given any permission to activate this service. My mobile was not even in use during this activation process.It was after sometime that I noticed the activation.
Rs.99 was deducted from my current mobile balance for the 3 month Callertunes service . This is a intentional or unintentional error from Vodafone’s side.Even though I tried to make a call to customer care service in Kerala, there was no response from them.
I would like to get the balance amount back which was detected for this purpose.
