Text of Complaint by Harry Joseph:

Since yesterday silent profile  callertune has been active on my Ph. No. From yesterday night I am trying to deactivate and it shows network error. I called the customer care they didn’t give me proper guidance and yesterday night Mr. Naveen told he will transfer my call to the supervisor and kept my call on hold for 40-45min. I was asked to call to few numbers to check out the problem where is 25rs was deducted from my account for selecting a song and later after again speaking to the customer executive it was refunded but the Pack of 69rs was deactivate and no proper response is given. Where is I have Recharged with RC 69 for 4weeks which is Valid till 5th Feb 2019, Morning I spoke to Ms. Tejaswini and she has asked me to forward the message received to 199 or 144 but I receive a message stating wrong keyword typed. And now when I call the customer service they are not connecting my call to the customer executive and repeating the same message.

Request you to please look into this matter, as I am facing a lot of problem with this network.
