My account has been debited with ₹33/- for caller tunes for a period of one month.I haven’t made any such request and hence demand refund of the deducted amount.
I have been facing this problem since a long time.I have made several complaints before, but, Everytime I file a complaint, I am being told that a refund shall be made but nothing as such is happening.
