I have a post paid connection. After seeing their advertisements of “India’s fastest Net Work”, seamless connectivity even in remote places – Hills and Valleys ( as shown in their Ads), I subscribed for 4G.
To my utter shock and surprise, the connectivity is very poor and there is frequent call drops in the last few months of 2018. After couple of oral complaints, I raised online compliant and got ticket number 88864179 in Dec’18. Airtel confirms that there is an issue and ticket is still open. Few months back, I informed Airtel executives that if the issue is not resolved and provide the services as promised, I will not make the payment. As the issue was not addressed and still have the problems I mentioned, I did not pay.
Now my outgoing calls were barred. It’s nothing but a threatening since the control is with them(Airtel) causing inconvenience, mental agony, loss of reputation, financial loss and damages for my suffering. What is the control customers have when there is no proper service as promised ?
I would like to get compensated for mental agony, loss of reputation, financial loss damages for my suffering apart from getting the services restored immediately.
