Hi,
I contacted vodafone and informed about their poor network connections and also the most important issue, when we try to call or message to other jio user it automatically drops the call and IVR starts speaking,
It is very upsetting, the same happens when someone calls you at your vodafone number,
I informed vodafone about this event on 23 jan 2018, they gave ne a ticket number as well, Hello! Your service registration number 3019493888 is registered on 23-Jan-19 06:54p.m. We shall respond to your query by Wednesday 30-Jan-19 06:00p.m.
I never received a call from them and still its same issue.
I recharged my number with ₹569 and its worthless, Very poor service and still i have been a vodafone user for a long time.
I hope to get a response this time.
