Dear sir,
I lived in state- West Bengal, City- Basirhat, Pin – 743412
I have complaint to jio care(198) about slow internet connection and frequently call dropping issue. But they said it takes more than 180 day. So tell me is this is any responsibility. I also complaint many times 6-7month ago. But they told me same. So please take necessary step otherwise i will file case in consumer court. Because we paid for our services not free.
