Dear Sir,
I have registered a complaint on 22.10.18 in Airtel cutomer service with Service request no: 88209081. But i deeply regret to inform i am facing call drop and poor network coverage for the past 15 days, This call drop is creating lot of inconvenience to me and iam losing my money due to call drop and call gets disconnected.
i assume that i am living in a segment where airtel won’t make immediate action because of revenue generation ? in my segments…
i think they are waiting more complaints to come to action?
Till now the issue is not resolved and the call drop in interruptions still exists
I have established to my satisfaction that the problem is beyond my control, and that you are not providing the service I am paying for. . If you cannot guarantee service, I will have to move to another provider .

Airtel is already following the practice of intimating the subscriber about the estimated time to resolve the
complaint
I received a call from from CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY 26.10.18 and it was informed they cannot tell the time frame ?????
