I Dr Pranay Bhushan am a vodafone subscriber since long.One of the Vodafone number which is my primary number is 8004924245. For few hours of the day when I used to be in my chamber I used to divert my call to an alternative number as there is Vodafone network issues in my surrounding. For last 4-5 days the call have got permanently diverted to the other number although it shows cancelled on the set as well as Vodafone main system too . I have put a complaint at the call centre, local Vodafone store but of no use.
Now I have to leave tomorrow for an international travel and I always go with the roaming on but it is a major problem for me to get my calls while travelling.
please try to look into the matter and solve it as early as possible
