I placed an order on July 12, 2026. It was a birthday cake, meant to be special but turned our to be disaster instead. The picture shown in the website was nowhere close to what I received. I tried reaching out to the customer support, but none of the calls were answered. I even messaged their whatsapp number, but as usual they were just ChatBot responses. I understand there can be minor changes in the colour of the cake, but this is like getting from some local cake shop. I would say they have a better finishing. I have spent around 1919/- and got a cake taht looked like a local cake. This was an absolute cheating with me and spoiled my important event.
