I am staying in a apartment called F.D.Towers,8-3-676/A,Engineers Colony,Yellareddyguda,Hyderabad-500073. Initially Jio Team has fixed PVC Conduits on external surfaces of building and kept their junction boxes on terrace and gave a promise that they will draw internet Fiber cable through these conduits to the managing Committe of the Building. Aftre that when ever a flat owner booked for a internet connection from Jio ,some technisians will come and take the wires acros the terrace and hanging over on the walls, eventhough conduits are available. Several Complaints were made to Jio Team of this Area(Mr.Basheer,Mr.Karthik and Mr.Pawan) and none of them responding to the complaints. once they visited the apartment and promised that they will re route the cables within 2 days and there after they are not even lifting their Mobiles. because of this irregular way of cabling and drawl of cable across the terrace, so far three residents are fallen at terrace. We request JIo to resolve he issue immediately otherwise we have no option except to make a police complaint on the Jio and the above referred three persons or file a petition in consumer court
