My complaints is against the cable tv operator. Kaloor Ernakulam kerala – 682017
Fraud people all around…. people in kaloor area plz be alert…. our cable TV connection is Citi Digital. From afternoon there is no cable network at home and when we called them, they say no technicians available and then later we tried the number which was on bill but that number not receiveing any calls… when we called the customer care toll free number they said wait for 24hrs.
This is happening in last 6 months. And now when i called the person who collected money from us , do what ever we can… and rest other guys are not even responding to the call.
They have taken one year money from us and and not giving a proper service…

Guys please share this fraud cable operator who are taking money from people and without proper service.
We really doubt is this a legally approved company as each one say call the number in receipt…
