I purchased online IAS streaming course(with study materials) through online, councilor her team explained about course details and payment option, study materials, cancelation methods, mentor is guided, everything, their team promised study materials will supply within 3 days,

after a week I called, they told publication issue,printing issue wait few days, after 10 days i call again

and told i am not received study materials, no mentor guided, totally bad services, your service is not good, i request canceled my course custmer service team told wait i will call back will solve the problem

i called last 45 days weekly 3to 4 times always they told same issues,

Many time I sent mail canceled my course and request, they told wait

when i rise a case national consumer they told we provide some discount you purchase out side,but I refuse byjus offer , i asked plz refund my amount 5000+1 st EMI

Finally Iost 60 days study time

I request justice,
