Byjus is totally fraud company. They cheated innocent people. I have purchased one course from byjus in the month of January 2022 then I cancelled the course in the month of jan only. As per their policy if anyone cancel the
course within 15days to they will refund the whole amount and the loan will be cancelled. I trusted them and purchase a course 11 and 12 class for my sister here I have paid 20000/- as down payment and for rest I opted EMI facility. After cancel

my course I received mail from them on 14th April 2023 that your loan will be cancelled with 21 to 28 working days but till now loan is not cancelled. I called them mailed them several times but no one is responding. Just because of Byjus my cib
il score got vanish. Informing to everyone do not purchase any course from them. I have registered police complaint against them. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY
