I have subscribed 14 days of trial class in Subscription for standard 7 to 9. But my brother find, it is no more useful and we have planned to cancel the subscription. We reached them through call and mail but they are not responding. We need to cancel it and we are scary about their monthly installment amount taken from our account. We have already paid 10,000 rupees and got BYJUS tab. Kindly take action and provide needful to us. I am assuring that we will be providing needful details and our support throughout the process.
