I had purchased a course from byju’s for class 1 to class 5. Class 1 and class 2 books and study materials were delivered in proper time. But class 3 study materials are not sent even after 6 month is over. My Ward’s study is being hampered. Whenever I call their helpline they always assure that it will be delivered soon. Even after repeated phone call I am not getting the study materials. Even their mentors who are supposed to communicate regularly are not contacting. In short byju’s are cheating people. I want my 3 years money back.
