Text of Complaint by Karan Sardana:

Took a 2 year course for my child in 2022 for classes KG & 1st, and Byjus was supposed to deliver the books for Class 1 this year in April; despite several reminder, emails, telephone conversations, I’ve not received anything as well. The summer vacation is almost over, and my child will now be busy with his school work as usual, leaving little time for Byjus. If we had received this in time, we could have gone through the material, and that would have been greatly beneficial. Keeping this in mind, I don’t want to continue with a company that makes false commitments, and does not bother to help consumers. I’d like a refund.
