I bought Gate(CS) course from Byjus on 20th March, 2023. They have a 15-day refund policy. That means, if a customer applies for a refund within 15days of the purchase date of the course, then they will refund the full amount. So I applied for refund on 1st April, 2023. I also returned their books. But I have not got my full refund yet.
I have made down payment of Rs. 5000 and there was an EMI of 3000 per month. I had to pay my EMI of 3000 for 3 months because they did not cancel it even after several requests. Now they have refunded my Rs 5000 registration fee but have denied to refund my EMI amount. I have total (3000 × 3 months)= 9000 due from Byjus.
