Hello Team,

Need your help in securing full refund from BYJUS after we cancelled order. In fact we were not sure to order this in first place when counselor visited us but with the promise that if I don’t like product they will refund full amount we tempted to order it.

What happened after that was complete horror.

They didn’t acknowledge cancellation order which we put in the same evening until 5 days passed. Then during refund conversation process with sweet talks they took our bank details instead of sending refund directly to Credit Card. Total amount Bank charged us was  about 140*** but the refund they gave us to our bank account was around 120***. So when I cancelled order I lost 20K. So anytime cancellation promise is also their revenue generation scheme. So the counselor didn’t visit us for free!!! I was fooled so reached here for help. Discounts and all were trap. In fact they recovered those amounts with some ponzi deal this BYJUS merchant have with various banks and financial company.
