Dear sir,
I have opted for Tab Based learning subscription from Byjus for my Daughter to help him learn things in easier way (CMS ID: CMS3221396645.) For this I have opted to go with Loan for the fee of INR 50277 with Loan Account No LXW-M07222-232288124. But due to his sight problems, we had to withdraw the subscription within 5 days . I have followed all the process laid by Byjus for cancelling the subscription. Despite getting confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled, i am getting massage and mail from Aditya birla for EMI due. Upon my own follow ups, I came to know that Byjus team hasn’t raised the cancellation request to their financing partner Aditya Birla Finance. And due to this, I am still being charged the EMI every month. I request you to look into this matter and help me get my loan account closed.
