Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a Thomson 9A Series 108 Cm television from flipkart barring amount 16999 and exchanged my old television for the shake of 3879 on 14th of Jan.
So the Price of the television is coming to 13220.
With that i have also purchased the Jeeves 3 years tv potection for the shake of 1699.
So the total amount is coming to 14919. but they have charged 2 times for the same extended protection and has charged 1699 extra from me .
And now they are giving me the option to cancle the Jeeves 3 years tv potection and when i am going to cancle my product they are giving me a refund of 13220 only.
Neither they are cancelling the extra Jeeves 3 years tv potection nor they are refunding back the entire money.
