This is Ankur Sharma, I hold an account in SBI Loharu road charkhi dadri. My , account number is 20246887560
I wrongly credited Rs 100000.00 on 05/07/2021 (Saturday) through PhonePe due to some fraudulent activity, which I realised later and went to bank branch to inform this and know if this can be traced and somehow this can be reversed. I was told that they will revert by evening. (so lethargic approach, I guess such complaints to be treated on priority) Don’t know why common man is treated so casually?
Unfortunately, I got no response. My transaction details are as attached.
