I’ve ordered a wired earphone on April 17th from Flipkart, seller is Buzz India. It got delivered on May 7th. After multiple follow ups.
I’ve placed an order on 6th july again for a bluetooth headphones, I see that product is not shipped yet (as of today 13th july) while the estimated delivery date is on 16th july. I’ve raised an incident with Flipkart on 8th july, they said it will be resolved by 13th and today when i contacted Flipkart support, the agent has raised another incident which will be resolved by 18th july. This circle keeps on repeating. I want to file a complaint on Buzz India seller, who’s irresponsible for product shipping, no proper reason is given behind the delay. I want the product to be delivered on or before delivery date. Please look into this.

I am facing the same issue now. I have ordered laptop for which expected delivery date is 28th September 2022 but it is not yet shipped till today ( 1st October 2022). So, please help me with next step.

I have received a Beats Studio buds Bluetooth 16th February 2023 through Flipkart from the same seller it’s cost was 8999Rs. Full amount was paid at the time of order. The packet from manufacturer was looking like sealed packet. All the items was intact and item looked good. Unfortunately when I got connected with Bluetooth it showed it’s already registered in someone name. Then I checked the serial number on the website for and came to know it’s out of warranty and the I have checked with service center of apple and they confirmed me the same. Immediately I contacted costumer care of Flipkart and raised a complaint and return request. But unfortunately Flipkart refused my return. After my several calls and consumer complaints forum Flipkart accepted the return. I sincere request to all not bye this product from this seller and Flipkart.
Same buzz india seller beats headphone to me which is not orginal copied version ! They took my money then they are not returning the product

I have ordered as MSI Alpha 15 gaming laptop from Flipkart and the seller is BUZZ INDIA. I received a defective/damaged laptop and MSI has already approved my request for replacement but the Seller buzz India is rejecting my request. Please help me out.
