I ordered a set of cotton shirts from shinesummer and paid rs 999 online. The payment was through Payu and my hdfc account.
The company contact email is bouncing mails and there is no update on shipment either.
The company is not contact able by any means. FB the platform on which this company advertises is also not providing any Avenue to raise a complaint and is absolving itself from reaponaibikity of allowing a fraudulent vendor on its market place.
Don’t order from shinesummer and more so don’t buy anything on facebook
