I buy a Camera from an flipkart site with no cost emi.The price of the camera is 79990 thousand rupees.Oder id- OD427549927018528100.When I went to buy the product it said 12 months no cost EMI.When I was sent the credit card bill from the bank, it was sent to me with fifteen percent interest added.When I bought the product it said I have to pay Rs 6666 per month.Why fifteen percent bill is being sent with interest added when bill is sent to me.When I contact the bank about this, the bank says to contact Flipkart.I wanted to launch a complaint for this, your banking staff did not take any complaint from me.When I contacted Flipkart Flipkart said that no charges have been applied by us.When I contacted your representative, he said that no extra charge was imposed by the bank, that is what is in the bank’s policy, and what is levied by Flipkart.In this way you are harassing me, where should I go? You say that to go to the bank, the bank says that to the flipkart, where should I go?
