Hii I wanna raise complaint against Nuego bus service Host and driver because of them I have to suffer alot and did not get bus at 10o’clock at that place. The Ankit sharma Nuego bus host confirmed pickup location to me and then I waited around 2hr 45 min the passes in front of me but they did not stopped even after calling Ankit said we will not pick you up. They left me in between the highway I wanna strict action against host and full refund should be provided. Even all the details were confirmed by headquarters of Nuego he said mail to them because he can’t help. And I need to book anothet bus.
