Neogo bus not reaching on time at departuted location, customer waiting more then 2 hrs for jounney at bus stand, my last 2 jounney delhi isbt to jaipur, bus timing was 11:30pm but bus reached at bus stand 1:42 am, after call to operator they talking rude behaviour
