Hi Team,
I have booked three Bus tickets (Paytm Booking IDs 10815660234, 10822755240 & 10829986473) on 25-Apr-20 and the same got cancelled by bus operator on 07-May-20. Out of which, the booking id 10815660234 got processed refund and credited to my account. The other two booking IDs 10822755240 & 10829986473 are not processed still.

I have raised many complaints to refund the amounts to my account but issue is not resolved and tickets are simply closed.
