Hai I’m eswarkumar I booked a bus ticket in paytm on August 15th for the date of journey 16th 12:30am from tuni to Vijayawada will arrive 5:30am 16th august 2021 but after the payment bus time on the ticket 11:59 pm 16-08-21 at tuni but the dropping time is same only it is an completely paytm mistake at the same day I spoke to customer service executives they said apologies for the mistake and they will clear the issue in a few hours…but still my issue is not resolved and more than 20 times I spoken with the customer service executives and its completed more than 60days please check attached file and see the boarding time 16/8/21 11:59pm and dropping time 16/8/21 5:50am how it is possible
