I booked a Bus ticket for two on dtd 10.06.2023 through travelyaari.com and i got confirmation mail for the same. Same day in afternoon i got message from bus operator that your ticket has been cancelled. I contacted the Bus operator (RST, contact no.9425747142) and he rudely said that ” he don’t care about the the customer and contact the site for refund”. I mailed at feedbak@travelyaari.com as there is no contact number provided by travelyaari.com. In reply a ticket number generated automatically and they said a support agent will contact you within 48 hrs. But till now no contact and no confirmation for refund has been given by traveyaari.com. A screenshot of the cancellation detail from the bus operator has been attached herewith. Please help me in getting my refund.
