The above ticket was canceled by the bus operator. I received a call from +91-9926045005.
I raised a query on 09-Aug-2020
via their “24 x 7 Help & Support” option but Paytm doesn’t care. (Query Reference: 169027262). After that, I replied on that query 8 – 9 times on different dates but no one bothered to reply. It is still open. Today is 10-Sep-2020. More than 1 month has passed.Really terrible service from Paytm. I was a regular customer of theirs but will never use it again after I receive the refund. They have wasted so much time.
I need a refund.
