I try to cancel journey bus ticket in AbhiBus and morning star (Journey at 29.09.2022 22:00 ) try to cancel at 28.09.2022 18:02. but its not cancelled.
when i contact to customer care they sad not possible to cancel it, then why cancelation policy.
So have to wait one day. I have work to go home, If not my one day work cast is 4000, ticket cost 1300 and processing fee. should be chargeable form AbhiBus or Morning star.
