I have booked ticket by Paytm on 13-7-22 for journey on 14-7-22 from Jodhpur to Hoshangabad by bus (Order Id 18566369904) but when I reach at the bus office and show the ticket to the operator the operator has told me that the ticket has been already canceled and didn’t allow me to travel. So I call Paytm costumer care they say my ticket was not canceled but the operator show me the ticket status which says my ticket was canceled. So I book next day train ticket and reach home. And call Paytm costumer care for refund but the refuse my refund and say the bus was on time and the bus operator has refuse my refund. Paytm costumer care denied that my ticket is canceled but the bus operator send me a photo in which the ticket status says it was canceled and canceled by api branch which was Paytm itself.
