I booked 3 tickets from Bangalore to Udupi around one month back. I got ticket confirmation from Paytm but when I went to board the bus (with other two friends), bus travels company (Anand Travels) informed us that our booking had cancelled.
As I booked ticket from Paytm, I can’t blame Anand travels also. Later I came to know that the fault was from Paytm side as they didn’t inform us that our booking had actually cancelled. That night was horrible, we went to bus stand and somehow got another bus for which we had to pay more amount. For last one month I am asking for atleast my booking amount to be returned but I am getting just some excuses from Paytm.
I am tired and forced to complaint here.
