Dear Sir/Madam,
I booked msrtc bus ticket on paytm from Latur to pune dated 7 March, 2019.
On boardinv point, I was not able to find any bus. I enquired with operator for the same but information I received was, your ticket is not booked. We don’t have such bus running on the time 10 pm which was my boarding time.
Even I wasnt allocate to any bus.
I looked for bus up to 1: 00 am but still was left without help.
Even these paytm people are not refunding the amount as they only suggested to raise a complain against it on that very day. I did as they said.
Please, consider my complaint as these people are simply robbing the hard fought money of their customer like this.
