I have booked a ticket of bus through paytm and then i contacted the bus operator then he said that no booking is available u may cancel your booking then i try to cancel my booking but it didn’t get cancelled so i contacted customer help and they replied they will reconnect with me 4 hours but after that they are saying that your ticket amount cannot be refunded
