I had booked a bus ticket from Paytm as it showed available. I booked a bus ticket from Bangalore to Chennai on 25 August 2020. I tried in Redbus and many other apps where it just showed travel not available. Just on paytm without any issues the booking happened, I received the ticket and was at my boarding on time, when I tried to call the number mentioned, landline number mentioned was not in service and the mobile number mentioned, he started scolding me saying why did I book the ticket, when no bus service is available. If I had a small notification saying that no booking available, I wouldn’t have tried even to book from Paytm. Even after booking and I couldn’t take the bus, I am trying to cancel the ticket and receive my refund. It’s been 4 days I am trying to reach paytm, no option to speak or chat with a customer care executive, there is only option to raise tickets. Is this the customer support provided by Paytm, when they know, buses are not active, they shouldn’t give the option to book the tickets in the first place. This is the worst service anyone can ever provide, not a mail or a call I received for tickets I raised.
