Text of Complaint by Vaishali Singh:

I had book the a Zingbus through Abhibus app. At the last moment they changed the boarding point from Kashmere gate to mori gate. When i reached to their new boarding point the bus left without picking me. Even i was continuously on call with marshal, bus partner. I was going for this journey aloan thus it made me suffer in night and even my money was wasted. Customer care not responding and the driver also not picking my call.
