I have booked a bus ticket on paytm on 2nd june 2023 with booking id 21149399124. But met with an accident after reaching 30km from boarding point . Driver and management and paytm is irresponsible. Its been almost more than 25 days paytm team is not providing refund . Travels team is saying they have raised refund from their end . Such a worst experience with Paytm.
