I booked a ticket to travel from Jaipur to Delhi along with my wife.
My PNR: 2813150
My boarding point was Narayan Singh Circle, Jaipur. Driver didn’t pick me up from my boarding point of Narayan Singh circle, jaipur. I was waiting at the desired pick up point before time and they left without picking me up and neither called once before leaving.
Bus was also running late and I got a message from NueGo with revised time. Driver left before that time as he himself said over call with NueGo customer care. If you want, you can even listen to the recording.
This is extremely unprofessional and I would like a full refund along with compensation.
