I booked a bus on 3/12/2023, I just got 2-3 mins at the maximum and the bus went away. They did not contact me informing that we are leaving. I pleaded to them and requested them but they did not wait at all. I asked them to wait at the next stop but they did not wait there too after calling them no of times. PNR number is 2812626. I want my full refund.
