I booked a bus on 13/11/2023, I just got 2-3 mins at the max. and the bus went away. They did not contact me informing that we are leaving. I pleaded to them cried in front of them but it did not stop. They told me come to the next stop in 5 mins I agreed to that but they did not receive the call I called them n no of times. PNR number is 2646007. I want my full refund.
