The nuego service was so worst 👎
I’ve booked the bus from Bangalore to Salem @ 7:10 AM. After 20 minutes from the booked time I’ve call the person no one picked up. After multiple tries the guy picked up the phone and informed that the trip got cancelled for further details you can call the customer care.
My trip was totally collapsed. These kind of services will affect the people who all are booking for an urgent.
