Hello my name is Sarbjit singh and i travelled from delhi to chandigarh from nuego bus on 19th April 2024 and that bus got brokedown middle of somwhere and no other alternative bus got arranged by the company and i booked a taxi from there to mu destination and now i am calling the bus operator about my refund they didn’t tell me properly and aaking that i already complete my journey with the bus and its not true please help me to get my refund back thankyou
