I made bus booking on 19/3/2022 from Dharwad to Bangalore at early morning 6:00 am. I waited almost 2hour near bus stop but Bus didn’t came there and when I called Paytm customer care number they said you will get refund within 10 days it’s been more then 25 days I didn’t received any amount till date when I called Paytm customer care number they said srs bus operator have declined the refund . But it was completely srs fault even operator switch off his phone and I didn’t got any message regarding bus
