Hii I’m vikram I booked a bus from pondichery to chennai through red bus app nuego bus at 19.30 bus at pondichery main gate.. I’m at location 30mts before the boarding point.. Even I show hand to bus driver he didn’t stop the bus and when I call bus conductor he is behaving rude and saying somebody cancelled my ticket.if I booked ticket and made payment how someone can cancelled and he cut my call.. we paid money for my voyage..because of you my meeting and personal things get delayed..
